Objective

The objective is to collect the comments and rating from our colleague towards the helpdesk service and review the current service delivery. After collection of comments, we will deduct a report and review the weakness area and area to be improved so that Corp IT will arrange improvement exercise on helpdesk service.

Process

Milton Corp IT will evaluate value opinion and review the area of improvement after the end of survey.
